. Non-critical violations are not represented in the total demerits, but are recorded and must be corrected. Any food establishment that receives a failing score will undergo a Follow-Up Inspection to ensure compliance with minimum standards. Food establishment scores are as follows:
100 = Exceptional
90-100 = Excellent
80-90 = Good
79 or below = Unacceptable and requires a follow up inspection
